Maroubra RSL sub-Branch are hosting Frontline Yoga planned for Thursday 01 May, at Juniors Maroubra 3:30 – 4:30pm. Frontline Yoga delivers dynamic accessible classes that are suitable for all ages and ability levels. You can do it standing, in a chair or on a mat, the choice is yours. All equipment is provided. Class size is limited so make sure you book in early! There will be camaraderie following at Juniors.
