Cardiff sub-Branch will be trialing Chair and Traditional Yoga for all veterans and families commencing 10 May!
Two 45 minute sessions will be held at 0900h and 1000h respectively by Frontline Yoga. These sessions will be tailored to all physical abilities.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel & wear comfortable clothes for movement.
Cost is $5 per session with a non-alcoholic drink voucher provided at the end for a coffee catch-up. 😊
